URGENT: Scam Calls and Texts ALERT

We have been reliably informed by members of the public that call centre scammers (likely based overseas) are purporting to be Frontline Collections and requesting monies to be paid. They are also using text messages (SMS) as a way of contacting unsuspecting British nationals as part of their criminal activities.

A crime reference number has been allocated to this criminal activity by Action fraud:

Some of the telephone numbers and mobile numbers the scammers are currently using include:

This has been reported to the Police. Immediate investigations and action are currently being taken to locate the perpetrators. We also understand other Debt Collection Agencies are also being used as covers for these low life criminal activities.
